This is another screenshot of my city of Villains character, Scarlett Drake. she has a cybernetic eye with a lens color that I change depending on the costume. The red crossbones are a tattoo.

when you hit level 20 in CoV, your character gets a cape to wear a sign of how tough they are. I decided to use that opportunity to create a more professional look for Scarlett. you know, something she wears when she is stealing stuff with the press available.

I went with black leather corset, leather pants and spikes and skulls. I kept the hat identical as I decided she probably has some old weather hat that she is sentimentally fond of.

Having a black cape was kind of dull till I hit upon the idea of a gold interior. The gold made her leather outfit pop more are well as looking just a tiny bit decadent.
